Attended a 12 person bridal shower here. It was perfect, tasteful sandwiches ( chicken salad was A+) , scones (a bit overdone) , but the tea, sweets and waitstaff were kind and helpful. Very busy. Packed at 2 pm. It was a first for everyone who attended. Definitely will return.

Beginning with the positives: It’s a pretty space that works well for photos, the tea was very good all around, many of my party enjoyed the cute pastries, and it’s great you can share a pot of tea. Some negatives: They were understaffed while every table was full, we asked why this was the case and were told it was because some customers came without a reservation, and that they only had one waiter because there was a small number of reservations to begin with- which, to me, means it would have been better to turn away the customers without a reservation rather than force one person to wait on a room full of people. Not to mention, it made service worst for those of us who did book the required reservation. We waited 40 minutes before we could order anything and overall spent 3 hours there between waiting for food, tea, dessert and eating. To be clear, the waiter was doing their absolute best to get to us and was very apologetic about the wait, they were wonderful and the lack of staff for the volume of customers was not the fault of the waiter. With so many people in a small space, it was very loud. It felt as if you had to yell over the sound of other people talking to be heard

We recently hosted my baby shower at Brambles English Tea Room and it was absolutely wonderful. We had a group of about 18 women and reserved the full tea experience. They served five different teas, delicious tea sandwiches, and freshly baked scones. We also brought macarons and a cake from a local baker, which paired perfectly with the afternoon tea. The atmosphere was charming and elegant, with beautiful décor and soft music playing in the background while we spent hours chatting about motherhood and celebrating together. The staff was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The tea selection was exceptional, and every flavor was delicious. It truly felt like such a special and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a unique venue for a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday, or simply a lovely afternoon with friends, I can’t recommend Brambles enough. 10/10 experience!

Tea was perfection,our server was absolutely amazing. Explained things to use, gave us fun facts and even offered to take pictures of us. Food was great. Only reason im giving 4 stars is the man upfront upon entering was very standoffish. We were a party of four (had reservation). Two of us inside, two trying to find parking (which is a little difficult but not Brambles at all) he was very rude about the other two not being physically in the building when we arrived. It was just off putting. Still highly recommend!!

I had a lovely experience here one morning. The waitress was very nice! The environment was beautiful and the tea, food and pastries were delicious. I also enjoyed their collection of tea cups and their showcase overall. It was such a nice experience and I cant wait to come back!
